When you join Talent Academy, you sign the Pledge and this Acuerdo together. The Pledge says what you stand for. This says what you bring, and how Talent Academy receives it.

You bring two things.

Your display name, the legal name you register with, what you write about yourself, the image you choose. You present these to the community truthfully. Not a curated mask, not a constructed character — you, as you are. Talent flourishes with authenticity. It corrupts with falseness.

The Windows you submit, the talent you bring, the cases you share, the words you contribute to community discussion. These are offered in good faith — your own work, brought honestly, intended to form living bonds with community members.

You keep what you make. Your Windows are yours. Your talent is yours. Your words are yours. We do not own them.

When something you bring violates a Law, we may hide it, help you revise it, or remove it. Moderation honors all Talent Academy members equally.

    The chat also coaches you through building your Studio: suggesting tiles, descriptions, images, and videos. You can ask it anything about the platform, about presenting your work, about what to try next.

    The chat isn't here to analyze your life or teach the framework deeply — that's available as a separate product. Here, it's your companion while you build and create.

    When you feel a Law has been violated against you, press the green button on every page. The Safety Officer guides you through what happened — observing, pausing, naming the rights that were crossed.

    The platform watches your growth through the four signals of the cascade — your practice (the work you do), the traffic your Studio attracts, the saludos you accept, and the private rooms you form with other members. You'll see your cascade as an animated graphic with a waterfall — your growth, made visible. We expect that one durable relationship will eventually flow from the rooms you build.

The 4 LAWS hold every member equally. Including you. Including the member next to you. The framework doesn't bend for anyone, and that's why it can be trusted.

When something happens that crosses a Law — yours toward another member, or another member's toward you — the framework takes it up. Not as punishment. As a Decision. Decisions are how the framework speaks when behavior asks it to.

A Report opens when a member presses Protect Me, or when Dr. B AI sees something that crosses a Law. Both members involved are heard. Evidence is gathered. Dr. B AI helps prepare the case; Dr. B (the human) reads it and writes the analysis. The framework's voice answers — naming what happened, naming which Laws were crossed, naming what comes next.

Most violations are unintentional. La mayoría de las violaciones son involuntarias.

People act in haste, with the best of intentions, and don't see that a Law was crossed. Sometimes a member argues for the very thing that broke the connection — defending the reason, never seeing the harm. The framework's first gift is awareness. A Decision names what happened so both members can see it. Once seen, a different choice becomes possible.

When a member calmly acknowledges the violation, shows they understand it, and is willing to make a different choice next time, the goal is what the framework was always reaching for: realignment with the 4 LAWS, restored trust, growth from the experience. That's how the cascade keeps flowing.

SPECIAL NOTE: Members who complete the training become certified 4 LAWS Safety Officers. They are trained to enforce the four Laws within their own lives — to name violations clearly, to invite correction, to protect themselves with calm force when correction is refused, and to bring evidence to the framework's witness. They receive the credential and access to the tools the framework recommends to make protection real.

When a member steps over a Law and can step back, the Decision names the crossing and the path back. The member stays in the community. Most Decisions are this.

When a Law has been crossed in a way that asks for distance, the platform may suspend a member. You can still see your record. You can still read what was said about you. You can still appeal. It's the framework asking you to sit with what happened until you're ready to come back. The path back is always there.

Rarely, when behavior shows the framework cannot hold a member without harm to others, the platform may end the membership. This is the framework's last Limit, used last.

If you've been suspended and you believe the framework was misapplied, you can appeal. Filing an appeal is your voice in your own restoration — and the framework keeps that door open for you. Suspension is meant to be temporary. Restoration is the goal.

The Acuerdo you signed at signup is the record of what you affirmed — that you'd live the 4 LAWS here, that you'd bring yourself truthfully, that you'd offer your work in good faith. When a Decision is issued, the framework can return to that record. You said yes to this. The Laws hold you the same way they hold the member next to you.

Why this exists Por qué existe esto

The 4 LAWS apply to everyone equally — the youngest member and the oldest, the parent and the child, the new arrival and the certified Safety Officer. Authority within the framework is earned through training, not granted by age. A trained child holds the same enforcement authority within their own life as their trained parent. The Laws don't bend for anyone — and that's why they can be trusted.

Acknowledgment by the member. Reconocimiento por el miembro.

Each member acknowledges the Pledge and this Acuerdo on their own behalf. The signature is the member's, regardless of age. A 14-year-old's yes carries the same constitutional weight as a 50-year-old's, because the 4 LAWS apply to everyone equally.

For members 12 and under, parental permission is required at account creation as a separate signal in the signup flow. When you sign, the platform records the date and time, the version of the Acuerdo you signed, your member identifier, and the fact that you affirmed both the Pledge and this Acuerdo. This record is part of your member account. If a Decision is later issued, the framework returns to this record as the documented baseline of what you agreed to.

This is version 1.0 of the Talent Academy Acuerdo. The framework grows; this document grows with it. Three kinds of changes are possible.

Most growth will be additive. The framework is settled. When a change does affect what members agreed to, the framework's commitment is to ask — not to assume.
